Policies
Event inquires must be submitted 60 days (for small events, up to 50 guest list) or 90 days (for large events; 50+ guest list) prior to the proposed date. All inquires have a response time of 3-4 business days. Responses to inquires are not binding acceptance procedures of inquired events. Inquires are to varify avaibility and schedule consultiatons.
Cancellations

Once an agreement has been made, with the event deposit the agreement will remain until the end of it’s contractual term. This agreement cannot be canceled except by mutual written consent of both the Client and Aja Symone Events. If cancellation is initiated by the Client in writing and agreed to by Aja Symone Events in writing, Client will be required to pay any unrecoverable costs already incurred by Aja Symone Events (but not more than the total fee agreed upon). Reservation deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable reservation deposit is required to secure Aja Symone Events for the event. This amount shall be subtracted from the event planning fee. The remaining balance of the event planning fee must be paid in full BEFORE the start of your event (unless other arrangements are accepted by Aja Symone Events). Any payments received less than 2 weeks before the event must be by cash. Personal checks are accepted up to 2 weeks before the event. All checks shall be made payable to Aja Van Buren
